We will be more than happy to assist you with the information you may need.
Q. I've never had pest control done before. What should I expect?
A. The first thing is to not be nervous. We will do our very best to answer all your questions and will explain the what, when, where, and how to best resolve your problem. We are here for you and would like to help. Please call or contact us to set a time for a personal inspection.
Q. I'm not sure what kind of pest I have.
A. PPE will come to your home and conduct a thorough pest inspection and identification. If you can capture a pest sample, we ask that you keep it in a tightly closed small jar or bottle filled with rubbing alcohol.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. This is the question that everybody wants to know the answer to. We have a general price guide and can quote that range over the phone. We’ll need to inspect the site to give you an accurate price, which depends on the type of pest, infestation level, location of the pest, and size of the house or business property. Different pests also require different types of services, therefore modifying the total cost.
We are confident that you will feel you have received your money’s worth. Our #1 goal is to satisfy our customers, so we offer a money-back guarantee that assures your satisfaction—or you don’t pay!
Q. How long will I need pest control?
A. It really depends on the pest, infestation level, and time of year. Some pests can be controlled in one treatment only, while others require a maintenance plan of servicing every month or every other month to effectively achieve control. We will find a program that fits your needs and addresses your problem.
Q. Are your products and treatments safe for kids and pets?
A. Pest control service providers cannot legally indicate that any pesticide treatment is “safe.” We can tell you that with proper mixtures and treating techniques, we limit any adverse effects to you and your kids and pets. If our pest treatments were dangerous, we would not be in business.
Keep kids and pets away until the product dries. After it dries, there is no way for the product to transfer to people or pets. We are here to help, not harm, and we have your best interests in mind! We do not want you to try treating the problem and pose possible risks to yourself and your family or pets.
Q. Do I need pest control in winter?
A. It depends on the type of pest and infestation level you have. Premier Pest Elimination aims to provide you with the best results possible. To do that, we have developed a proven means of keeping you happy. This requires proper winter pest control. One of the ways we help you budget your money is to keep an even, low-cost payment throughout the year so you don’t have to deal with the surprises of increased bills.
Q. What type of insects will be bad this year?
A. There are always seasonal insects we can count on seeing, but weather drives all insect activity and thus plays a huge part in the numbers of any insect we experience.
Q. How long have you been doing this?
A. We've been in business for over 25 years.
Q. How many stops do you have in a day?
A. The number can vary depending on the location, but on average, it's 15 houses per day.
Q. Do we need to be home for you to do a treatment?
A. No, we service many homes each day where nobody is home. If interior work is required, our guys are bonded and insured. You can safely make arrangements for their access in your absence.
Q. Can we be at home while you're treating?
A. In most instances, yes. If there's ever a need for you to be out, we'll let you know in advance.
Q. Do you treat mosquitoes?
A. We can. It should be noted that weather and environment can limit effectiveness, so it's always best to consult your technician.
Q. Do you handle woodchucks or raccoons?
A. Wildlife is not something we handle. Insects, mice, and rats are our specialty.
Q. Do you need to treat inside every service?
A. Interior treatments are available if needed, but our main goal is to do a thorough exterior treatment at each service and prevent the need for any interior work.
Q. Will treatment still work if it rains that day?
A. We only need enough time for the application to dry. Once it dries, it's set in place.
Q. Will the product harm my windows, siding, or plants?
A. No, our product will not harm any of the above. We use non-oil-based products to eliminate that factor.
Q. What kind of insects can we treat?
A. We handle all types of typical home pests you would expect to see in Wisconsin.
Q. Is the treatment a deterrent?
A. Having your home treated does not mean it will keep insects away. The product is designed to kill insects, but that cannot happen until they come into contact with the pesticide.
